WE DESIGN
Engineering adapted to your site and production objectives
GGS engineering teams carry out the technical studies required to design your grain installation: pre-project plans, equipment layout, capacity calculations, flow dimensioning, civil engineering guide plan, assembly plan and integration of mechanical, electrical and automated systems. Each study takes into account your harvest objectives, the nature of the grain, storage volumes, required throughputs and the constraints of the existing site. For drying and ventilation installations, calculations make it possible to adapt the equipment to real operating needs: type of dryer, daily drying capacity, airflow, silo ventilation, grain reclaim systems, handling systems and level of automation.

Technical equipment integrated into a complete solution
GGS coordinates the supply of the equipment required for your project: flat-bottom bins, hopper bins, drying bins, column dryers, ventilation systems, conveyors, elevators, augers, cleaners, bulk loading bins, electrical cabinets, PLCs and supervision solutions. The objective is not only to supply equipment, but to select components that are compatible with one another, adapted to the expected throughputs and consistent with the overall operation of the site. Handling systems must match intake and unloading capacities, ventilation equipment must be dimensioned according to stored volumes, and automation must enable simple, safe and reliable control.
WE BUILD
Installation, assembly and worksite coordination
GGS carries out projects on site, from worksite preparation through to installation commissioning. Our teams coordinate silo assembly, installation of handling equipment, integration of ventilation systems, installation of electrical cabinets and connection of control components. Interfaces with civil engineering, electrical networks, local contractors and existing equipment are taken into account to ensure smooth execution. Before operation, inspection, testing, adjustment and commissioning operations are carried out to check that the equipment works properly under real operating conditions.
