We design, we supply, we build, we finance
Supporting every stage of your grain project, from study to maintenance
A storage, drying, cleaning or grain handling project is not limited to the choice of a silo, dryer or conveyor. It must take into account all site constraints: storage capacity, intake flow rate, harvest organisation, grain moisture, ventilation, discharge, civil engineering, electrical supply, automation, operating safety and future scalability of the installation. GGS supports farms, cooperatives, grain traders, storage organisations and industrial sites throughout the entire life cycle of their project, from preliminary studies, technical design, equipment supply, assembly, commissioning and operator training, through to after-sales support and maintenance. Thanks to a field-based approach and local support, our teams define coherent, reliable solutions adapted to real operating conditions. The objective is to guarantee the efficient operation of the overall process, with an installation that is high-performing, durable, safe and easy to use on a daily basis.
As a long-term local partner, GGS supports you from the study phase through to the maintenance of your installation
From initial engineering to installation, including equipment supply, automation, commissioning, operator training and after-sales support, GGS supports grain projects throughout their entire life cycle. Our teams work closely with clients and local partners to ensure the performance, reliability, safety and durability of storage, drying, cleaning and handling installations. This local presence enables responsive support, adapted to on-the-ground realities and focused on one clear objective: guaranteeing the long-term efficiency of the overall process. GGS also offers maintenance contracts to ensure regular equipment monitoring, prevent production downtime, optimise performance and support the future development of installations.
WE DESIGN
Engineering adapted to your site, your process and your production objectives
GGS engineering teams carry out the technical studies required to design your grain installation: preliminary project plans, equipment layout, capacity calculations, flow sizing, civil engineering guide plans, assembly plans and integration of mechanical, electrical and automated systems. Each study takes into account your harvest objectives, the type of grain, storage volumes, required flow rates and the constraints of the existing site. This design phase makes it possible to anticipate the entire process, from grain intake through to storage, drying, ventilation, handling and discharge. The objective is to guarantee a coherent, scalable and high-performing installation, designed from the outset to facilitate operation, commissioning, maintenance and long-term local support.
WE SUPPLY
Technical equipment integrated into a complete solution
GGS coordinates the supply of the equipment required to complete your project: flat-bottom silos, hopper-bottom silos, drying bins, column dryers, ventilation systems, conveyors, elevators, screw conveyors, cleaners, buffer bins, electrical cabinets, PLCs and supervision solutions. The aim is not only to supply equipment, but to select compatible solutions that are adapted to the expected flow rates and consistent with the overall operation of the site. Handling, ventilation, drying and automation systems are sized to work together smoothly, safely and efficiently. This integrated approach prepares the following stages: assembly, connection, testing, commissioning, operator training and equipment maintenance.
WE BUILD
Assembly, local coordination, commissioning and training
GGS carries out projects on site, from site preparation through to commissioning of the installation. Our teams coordinate silo assembly, the installation of handling equipment, the integration of ventilation systems, the installation of electrical cabinets and the connection of control equipment. In coordination with civil engineering, electrical networks, local companies and existing equipment, GGS ensures smooth execution, in line with site constraints and operating objectives. Before operation begins, inspection, testing, adjustment and commissioning operations are carried out to verify that the equipment functions properly under real operating conditions. GGS also supports on-site teams with operator training, making it easier to take control of the installation, secure daily use and optimise the performance of the overall process.
WE FINANCE
Solutions to structure turnkey projects
For certain turnkey projects, GGS can support project financing as part of an integrated delivery approach. By combining engineering, equipment supply, assembly, commissioning, training, after-sales support and financing solutions, GGS helps its clients secure the implementation of major projects. This approach helps optimise the investment structure, deployment schedule and gradual capacity ramp-up of the site. It is particularly suited to complex or large-scale grain projects requiring a controlled, progressive investment strategy that is consistent with operating objectives.
Your local partner to guarantee the long-term performance of your installation
From technical studies to installation, including equipment supply, automation, commissioning, training and after-sales support, GGS supports grain projects with a global, local and sustainable approach. This method makes it possible to design reliable, high-performing and scalable installations adapted to field realities: harvest volumes, grain moisture, intake constraints, drying capacity, ventilation needs, handling flows and storage objectives. To guarantee operational continuity over time, GGS also offers maintenance contracts, enabling regular equipment checks, anticipation of required interventions and preservation of the efficiency of the overall process.
