GGS, a group dedicated to post-harvest and biomass infrastructure
GGS is an international group specialising in post-harvest grain management and biomass infrastructure. Built on European engineering expertise for over 30 years, we support agro-farming, agro-industry and agro-energy projects through local teams in Europe, Africa and Asia-Pacific. GGS operates at the crossroads of agriculture, energy and logistics, delivering reliable, scalable and long-lasting installations adapted to local conditions and long-term operational objectives.
Our mission
Preserve the healthy, fair and marketable quality of grain harvests and biomass, locally and sustainably. Wherever we operate, our objective remains the same: ensure that agricultural and energy resources are preserved under optimal conditions, from harvest to utilisation.
Global agricultural and energy markets are undergoing profound transformation, driven by food sovereignty, local production and the development of renewable energy. In this context, GGS aims to deploy the expertise acquired in Europe across Africa and Asia-Pacific, while continuing to strengthen its presence in its historical markets. By supporting major agro-farming and agro-energy players in their transition, GGS contributes to local autonomy, sustainable development and long-term performance of agricultural systems.
A global performance approach
GGS integrates the key challenges faced by its clients: product quality, operational reliability, cost control and energy efficiency.
Local support and proximity
Our teams work close to our clients, adapting each project to local agricultural practices, climate conditions and operational constraints.
Long-term value creation
GGS solutions are designed to reduce post-harvest losses, preserve product value and support profitable, resilient operations over time.
“We are proud to be challengers in the international market. Our team is committed and enjoys tackling obstacles. We are known for our proactivity and our ability to build relationships with our customers. These relationships, which are based on geographical proximity and cultural connections, give us an excellent understanding of our customers’ issues and challenges. We have confidence in our industry expertise, our shared thirst for knowledge and our common determination to design and deliver to our customers reliable infrastructure that will keep their stocks in optimum conditions and maximise their sales value.”
Jérémie CHOISEAU - CEO
Both sons of farmers, driven by challenge and a strong agricultural culture, Jérémie Choiseau and Samuel Simonin draw their determination from their French roots and from the experience acquired through their previous entrepreneurial successes with international reach. Builders of large-scale agricultural and grain infrastructures, they have worked across Europe, Asia-Pacific and Africa, following the rhythm of the projects they have led. After successfully restructuring and consolidating Agriconsult and Les Mergers, they committed together to international development by creating GGS.

“In equipping our customers with storage facilities that are perfectly sized to their needs, we make sure that we cover all of their priorities. Our technical and economic study covers all angles: ensuring the grain meets food safety standards, reducing stock wastage and post-harvest losses, optimising the investment cost and managing energy consumption. The infrastructure that we design and install is high-performing, competitive, energy-efficient and built to last. By working hand in hand with our customers to bring their projects into being, we help secure local supplies of quality food and a sustainable source of biomass energy.” We have confidence in our industry expertise, our shared thirst for knowledge and our common determination to design and deliver to our customers reliable infrastructure that will keep their stocks in optimum conditions and maximise their sales value.”

What unites us
Whether in Slovakia, Bangladesh, Malaysia, the Philippines, Nepal or Niger, a shared curiosity for agriculture brings us together. It drives us to support projects as closely as possible, alongside those who carry them.
A global organisation built on regional expertise
GGS operates through regional branches to ensure proximity, responsiveness and a strong understanding of local operating conditions. This organisation allows the group to deploy its engineering expertise and project capabilities worldwide, while providing local support adapted to each market.
Each GGS branch acts as a regional relay, combining local teams with the strength, experience and resources of the GGS Group. This structure enables GGS to support projects efficiently across different geographical, climatic and operational environments.
A global presence serving local markets
Through its regional branches, GGS supports agricultural, agri-industrial, logistics and energy-related projects across key markets worldwide. This global footprint allows the group to address a wide range of applications while maintaining consistent quality standards and a project-driven approach.
Across all regions, GGS branches operate according to the same principles: a strong engineering foundation, a project-driven methodology and a commitment to delivering reliable and durable installations. This organisation ensures consistency in quality and performance, while allowing each branch to adapt solutions to local realities.
GGS Africa supports agri-industrial and post-harvest projects adapted to diverse climatic and operational contexts. Through local teams, the branch delivers storage, processing and conditioning solutions with strong field expertise.
GGS Asia-Pacific supports fast-growing markets across the region, delivering agri-industrial, logistics and biomass-related projects. The branch focuses on scalable and efficient solutions adapted to regional climatic, operational and logistics constraints.
GGS Eastern Europe supports post-harvest and grain handling projects in developing and modernising agricultural markets. The branch focuses on robust, efficient and adaptable solutions for farms, cooperatives and industrial operators.
GGS Western Europe covers mature agricultural and agri-industrial markets with high technical, regulatory and performance requirements. The branch relies on strong engineering expertise and long-term operational experience.
GGS Middle East supports projects in arid and high-demand environments, addressing storage, handling and agri-industrial needs under challenging climatic conditions. The branch acts as a regional coordination hub for engineering and project execution.
Different expertise, one group approach
GGS Group brings together specialised and complementary brands, each built on its own history, technical expertise and market focus. This organisation allows the group to address a wide range of agricultural, agri-industrial and logistics challenges while maintaining a high level of technical specialisation.
Through Agriconsult, Les Mergers, 2AI.CI and Expert Farmer, GGS combines engineering, manufacturing capabilities and field experience to deliver reliable and adapted solutions. Each brand operates with its own identity while sharing common values, quality standards and a project-driven approach, enabling the group to support complex projects worldwide.
Founded in 1997, Agriconsult delivers turnkey solutions for grain post-harvest management across Europe. Its expertise covers storage, drying, cleaning, handling and processing, supporting farmers and agro-industrial operators in meeting increasingly demanding quality and regulatory standards.
Founded in 1990, Les Mergers is a leading French manufacturer of flat storage ventilation systems and drying solutions. With over 30 years of experience, the company has equipped more than 180,000 tonnes of storage capacity and expanded into anaerobic digestion and biomass recovery.
In West Africa, in Côte d’Ivoire, 2ai.ci is a specialist in storage, drying, packaging and handling solutions for cocoa, rice and cereals. the different installations of 2ai.ci are made up of modern equipment designed to protect your harvests, improve productivity and ensure optimal preservation.
