GGS is present in West Africa through its subsidiary 2AI.CI, based in Abidjan.
From this regional hub, our technical and commercial teams operate across the African continent, supporting agricultural and agri-industrial projects in both rural and industrial environments.

2AI.CI acts as a local partner combining international engineering expertise with a deep understanding of African operational, climatic and logistical realities.

 

All projects are designed to operate reliably under African conditions, including high temperatures, humidity, dust, variable energy availability and intensive use.

Supporting post-harvest and agri-industrial projects in Africa

2AI.CI supports industrial companies, cooperatives, institutions and landowners in the implementation, extension and modernisation of post-harvest and agri-industrial installations. Our experienced engineering department provides full project engineering, including: technical and process studies, flow diagrams and process layouts, 3D modelling and structural calculations, mechanical and electrical integration, automation and control systems, manufacturing follow-up.

 

Local technical teams ensure installation, commissioning, maintenance, after-sales service and operator training, guaranteeing long-term performance of the installations.

Grain storage projects

GGS delivers grain storage projects adapted to African operating contexts, from rural storage facilities located close to production areas to large industrial storage installations integrated with rice mills, flour mills, feed mills and other agri-industrial plants.

Post-harvest processing lines

GGS designs and installs complete post-harvest processing lines including reception, cleaning, drying, grading, storage and controlled transfer of products to processing units or export, adapted to both rural collection centres and industrial sites.

Cocoa processing and conditioning

GGS is a recognised partner for cocoa processing and conditioning projects, delivering solutions for controlled drying, cleaning, gentle handling, storage and reconditioning of cocoa beans in compliance with export and processing standards.

Coffee processing and conditioning

GGS provides coffee processing and conditioning solutions covering drying, cleaning, grading and storage stages, adapted to local production methods and international export requirements.

Complete agri-industrial plants

GGS delivers complete agri-industrial plants, including flour mills, rice mills, feed mills and integrated transformation lines, managing projects from engineering to installation, commissioning and operator training.

ALGERIA

Storage of 20,000 t of imported soybean meal in one dedicated building, including a 4 × 6 m reception pit (300 t/h) with dust filtration and three lateral unloading pits. Fast project delivery, seamless integration with existing feed mill equipment and PLC interconnections.

GMC
GUINEA CONACRY

Cleaning, drying and storage of 12,000 t of wheat, including 6 silos of 2,000 t, 100 t/h industrial handling equipment, and direct connection to a 600 t/day flour mill. Full integration of flour milling equipment, ensuring continuous and efficient overall production flow.

SITAPA
CÔTE D'IVOIRE

Cleaning, drying and bagging of 45 t/h of cocoa, including a rotary pre-cleaner (45 t/h), a rotary grader (45 t/h), a cleaner sorter (45 t/h), three bagging stations (15 t/h each), and 50 t/h industrial handling equipment. Turnkey project delivery, including support platforms and access stairs.

CASL
SENEGAL

Cleaning, drying and storage of 20,000 t of paddy, including 8 silos of 2,500 t, two rotary cleaners (40 t/h), four LAW dryers, and 40 t/h industrial handling equipment. Optimized drying process with full integration into the rice mill installation system worldwide.
