Turnkey agro-industrial projects
GGS delivers complete agro-industrial facilities including grain storage complexes, feed units and processing lines. Projects integrate full engineering, local coordination, installation, commissioning and operator training to ensure reliable and long-term performance.
Project examples
Independent on-farm drying and storage system for own production, including one 330 t drying bin, two flat-bottom silos with fully aerated floors (800 t), a mobile auger (195 t/h), and a silo unloading system with integrated pre-cleaner. Versatile and cost-optimized solution, minimizing both investment and drying costs.
Rehabilitation of an existing plant to increase capacity while reducing gas and electricity consumption, including two 500 t hopper bins, a rotary drum cleaner, and an energy-saving dryer (500 t/day of corn). 3D modeling of the existing installation, seamless integration within the plant, and compliance with the customer’s budget constraints.
Installation of two 1,300 m³ silos with a fully perforated floor suitable for rapeseed, a fully automated ventilation, cooling and drying system, direct truck loading, and an integrated pre-cleaner to improve grain quality during unloading.
Designed for long-term reliability, the installation is scalable, with a future expansion is planned for 2026.
